About Monique ... Being a minimalist describes me
to a “T”. But this wasn’t always the case. Because of
my love of stimulation and variety, I loaded up my plate working: throughout
my 14 years as an employee and contractor, for 20+ companies and getting
recognized, including by Times magazine for my leadership contributions
at Fitness and Amateur Sport; and from 2004+, with coaching and consulting
clients from 40+ industries across the U.S. and Canada. Operating “this
way” came to a head in 2008. My health and happiness being challenged,
I was forced to go through the Dark Night of the Soul. Although not my
idea of a party, this spiritual crisis provided me with the richest gift
ever: the discovery that one’s ful-fill-ment and financial abundance
come from within, and not from without. Hence the birth of the Tipping
Point to Happiness book and Happiness
Hangouts and integration of Purpose2Prosperity
(derived from my practical training in scientific hand analysis and expertise
as a Certified WEL-Systems NLP Practitioner) and authentic leadership

About
Justin ... I am a transparent and authentic leader
committed to equipping next generation leaders, plain and simple. I
wish I could say it has always been this way, but I had to first learn
some life wisdom from the trenches. I hit the ground running early in
my career with the belief that in order to become a successful educational
leader, I had to accumulate a Bachelor of Education and a Master of
Leadership so I could pursue what I thought was waiting for me. Not
the case. Through my social “programming”, I believed that
my self-worth and identity was directly related to my ability to perform
in my work. I was exhausted and tired of being tired. It was not until
I discovered my authentic self, my leader within, that I started to
uncover the truth about leadership. I was able to use my experience,
education, and leadership background to create a philosophy that addresses
the whole person (personal leadership, performance leadership, and relational
leadership). I call it the 3 Pillars of Authentic Leadership (previously,
Change Agent Leadership). I used the 3 Pillars as a platform to host
my own leadership talk radio show, "The Change Agent", to
reach the masses around the globe. My commitment to equipping every
day leaders has led me to a partnership with the world's #1 leadership
expert, John Maxwell, because his teachings are synonymous with my philosophy
on Authentic Leadership.
